TMT First, an award-winning telecommunications company based in Newcastle Under Lyme are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join its Warehouse Team.

**Purpose of the Job**:
Working to best practices and following documented procedures to ensure stock records are kept accurate, and incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently to meet customer and supplier expectations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
- Using industry software to complete accurate diagnostics on mobile phones and other devices.
- Produce an appropriate quantity of work whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of systems and internal programmes to provide accurate data to own and other departments
- Notify Supervisor of problems in a timely manner. Contributes to problem resolution
- Uses computerised or manual processes to process stock to an exacting standard. Ensures accuracy of own work.
- To manage order processing tasks on a daily basis
- Daily general administrative task
- Conforms to business and customer security and compliance policies
- Contributes to performance of the team.
- Contributes to maintaining a safe working environment and raises H&S concerns in a timely manner.
- Works hard to deliver outputs on time on to meet and exceed customer expectation.
