**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Processor specializing in Windows & Doors. The role involves handling and processing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in order processing in the Windows & Doors industry is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in using order processing software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the window and door industry
- In-depth Order Processing/Programming experience
- Good technical knowledge of window, door & conservatories
- Good supplier knowledge
- Able to think outside the box to solve problems/ trouble shoot
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great team player
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Great attention to detail
- Confident, self-motivated with a positive attitude

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday With the odd Saturday if/when required

**Experience**:
Programming on Window Design (or similar): 1 year (preferred)

In person at Unit 2 Armstrong Drive, Westmoor, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 7EB

**Job Types**:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
