**Corporate Paralegal**

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a **paralegal** to join a **leading legal 500** firm in their **Lewes office**. This is a long-standing and well-established firm with an exceptional reputation in the Kent and Sussex region. They are highly ranked in the Legal 500 as well as Chambers & Partnersand produce great quality work.

Due to an increase in workload, this firm is seeking a paralegal to join their **Corporate and Commercial department**. This role will be supporting the Head of Department on a range of work, including:

- Merges and Acquisitions
- Sales
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder agreements

The Head of Department advises on company and business sales and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and management buy-outs. They also advise on shareholder and partnership agreements and other joint venture arrangements, corporate governance, andgeneral company law.

This partner has a particular specialism in the healthcare sector and regularly advises on both the acquisition and sale of retail pharmacies and care homes.
- Please note: this firm is looking for a paralegal on a longer-term basis initially (at least 1 year), with the possibility of support through SQE/training contract in the future._
