Echevarría Attorneys at Law is seeking a Real Estate Post-Closing Paralegal who will take ownership of real estate closings after settlement and ensure every detail is finalized, recorded, submitted, delivered, and documented with 100% accuracy. You will also support overall transaction coordination and assist with business formation when needed.We’re not your traditional law firm. If you thrive in a fast-paced transactional environment and value thorough, checklist-driven systems, we’d love to meet you.$55,000 – $65,000 annual salaryAdditional Paid HolidaysEmployer-sponsored medical benefitsFlexible in-person work environmentGrowth potentialResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoYour primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Post-Closing & File CompletionScan, save, and organize all executed documents into digital files.Record deeds and other required documents with accuracy and timeliness.Generate title insurance policies and issue final documents.Send final letters to buyers and deliver completed closing packages.Follow up with lenders on mortgage satisfactions until fully cleared.Track all post-closing requirements and maintain a completion checklist.Address and resolve post-closing issues or complaints when they arise.Ensure files are 100% closed – nothing outstanding, nothing pending.Transaction SupportCoordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, Realtors, and title agents to confirm closing steps are accurate and complete.Maintain clear, professional communication throughout post-closing follow-ups.Collect and maintain transaction data and update digital record systems.Business Formation (Plus, Not Required)Assist with entity formation and compliance documentation if experienced (not required but beneficial).Who You AreType A, organized, loves checklists, structure, and accountability.Enjoys working behind the scenes to create order and completion.Strong communicator who follows up and follows through.Thrives in a transactional, deadline-driven environment.Takes pride in clean, accurate files and polished final deliverables.Qualifications3–5 years as a real estate paralegal, title post-closing specialist, or transaction coordinator is highly preferred.Experience generating title insurance policies strongly preferred.Strong digital filing and document organization skills.Business formation experience is a plus, but not required.Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.Compensation$55,000 – $65,000 annual salaryWe are a modern Real Estate and Corporate transactional law firm ready to meet clients and close deals (in both English and Spanish) in our offices in Lewes and Milford or the offices of Realtors and Loan Officers throughout the State of Delaware.L.
