**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Training Centre Administrator & Learning coach, you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of courses and programmes and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Training Centre in conjunction with the Learning Coach. The ability to multi-task is essential in this role. We are looking for someone who wants a long term challenge.

Summary of main duties (not an exhaustive list):

- Opening the centre and welcoming students to our centre
- Answering the telephone for all centres in our group and taking messages as required
- Signing in the students and assisting the students where possible with booking taxis, hotels and giving bus and train information
- Managing the training centre diary/calendar
- Managing the training centre inbox
- Handling course payments
- Liaising with the company PA to order and maintain stocks
- Ensuring the kitchen area is well stock, clean and tidy
- Play an integral part of the centre team, identifying upselling opportunities to existing students
- Responsible for celebrating student’s success, ensuring photos are taken and testimonials are sought for marketing purposes
- Keep the centre webpage up to date
- General administration and record keeping, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Administration support to other departments in the organisation
- Sharing in the responsibility and management of the day to day running of the training centre
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by a company director in the delivery of the organisations’ objectives.

**HOURS OF WORK**

16 hours a week.

Wednesday 9am-5pm

Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Saturday 9.00am-1pm (once per month)

No flexi time or remote working available for this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
