The Role

Due to a growth plan within our Training team, here at Fortem Solutions we are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator, to be based in our Sheffield office. This is a part time role working 10-2 Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week.

The Client

Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Retrofit workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitoring all first-level training enquiries and responding where possible or escalating when necessary.


• Tracking receipt of all accredited certificates and following up as required


• Updating the learning management system with attendee lists and certificate records


• Booking courses through our learning management system using our approved internal or external trainers/suppliers and maintaining relationships


• Reviewing pending assessments


• Managing new starter and leaver administration


• Preparing & monitoring reports


• Supporting the overall development of the learning management system in the business with new courses, initiatives and all other areas in conjunction with the training & development team


• Other ad-hoc duties as required

What You Will Need

You will bring strong organisational skills and experience working in a fast-paced administrative setting where multitasking and attention to detail are key. You'll also be able to show proven experience in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Previous experience working in a Training function would desirable, but not essential.
