**Production Team Leader** **Job summary**: **Hours**: Full Time 40.25 Hours per week MON-SUN (5/5/4 Shift Pattern) Igloo are recruiting for exceptional Production Team Leaders to join Cazoo’s fast-growing team in Gloucester, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today. The role of Team Leader is to ensure the flow and standards of work are maintained and held. The Team Leaders assesses productivity whilst trying to encourage and improve on team performance by setting an example of standards of work and behaviour. You willalso work closely with other departments of the site and must possess excellent communication skills to enable good working relations. **Team Leaders required for;** - Polish & Refit - Smart Repair - Prep / Prime and Paint - Wheels - Strip and Panel **What you’ll be doing**: - Monitor the flow of day-to-day operations for the team assigned to allocate and prioritise work to meet deadlines - Manage workloads for the team ensuring KPIs are met using the in-house daily W.I.P report - Schedule and complete team related paperwork ensuring team members are using in house electronic management system - Ensure team members use in-house electronic management system to accurately record all work assigned - Assist with managing team performance and provide coaching when required - Assist in cost control efforts - Carry out regular checks on tools and equipment to ensure safe operational use - Consistently utilise all required safety equipment and P.P.E. - Maintain a clean and organised work environment - Ensure you and your team members comply with the Company’s Health and Safety **Required skills and experience**: - Relevant qualification i.e. ATA, NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds and/or a minimum of - three years’ experience in a similar role - Proven experience in leading a team - Solid understanding of vehicle safety procedures - Solid understanding of vehicle refurbishment/body repair processes - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrate a commitment to continued learning by participating in on-going training and any other industry related training requirements - Able to meet targets and deadlines - Comply with Health and Safety requirements and legislation - Maintain a positive working relationship with all members of staff - Highly motivated and able to inspire and motivate others - Willingness to travel to other Company sites as required - Full Clean Driving Licence **Benefits**: Cazoo want to keep everyone happy and healthy, as such we offer a great benefit package which includes: - 5 days holidays and an extra day for your birthday. - Discretionary annual bonus - Up to 5% salary matched pension scheme - Wellbeing and healthcare benefits - Training and development opportunities - Plus, many, many more **Useful Information**: Founded in 2018, Cazoo is backed by leading investors and has a highly experienced team, led by Founder & CEO, Alex Chesterman OBE.
