Due an exciting period of on-going growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Team Leader to spearhead the delivery of exceptional customer experience and sales performance.
**The role**:
- Effectively leading, motivating and coaching your team to continually grow, develop and achieve exceptional service, standards and performance
- Utilising management information to share best practice and identify coaching opportunities
- Management and oversight of the key risk and compliance areas
- Identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue and more efficient and effective ways of working
- Designing and delivering value add incentives to create a fun, focused and high energy environment
- Holding effective 121s, centred around wellbeing, performance and personal development
- To collaborate effectively across the team and other departments to achieve consistency and best practice with the best interest of the business and its people
- To ensure all members of your team have an active personal development plan, to either optimise performance or assist with internal progression
- To champion new products, systems and standards to embed the right level of knowledge and understanding
