**Cleaning Team Leader**
- We are currently looking for a reliable and confident Cleaning Team-Leader to join one of the UK’s leading independent, family-owned dairies, with 85 years’ successful history.
- As the Cleaning Team Leader you will be a member of the production department working across the entire site. You will be responsible for a team of staff who operate in a variety of locations including offices, the production area and the laundry.

You must be a competent leader with excellent personnel skills, adaptability, communication, and have the drive to achieve outstanding results. We strongly encourage progression within the business, and many of our previous cleaners have moved onto other roles within the dairy, production and offices

**Salary**:
£25 - 30,000 pa

**Location**:
Cotteswold, Tewkesbury production site (Gloucestershire)

**Hours of work**:
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
5 days over 7

06:00 - 14:00 (Early shift)
2:00 - 20:00 (Late shift)
- Shift work and flexibility is required
Saturday Early Shift Only_

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- This role is hands on, working alongside and coordinating the team to ensure internal and external hygiene standards are met. Key duties will include:_
- Working as part of a leadership team to ensure internal and external standards are met.
- General factory/office cleaning, including toilets, rest rooms, canteen etc.
- Responsible for consumables e.g. soap, sterilant, PPE
- Washing, sorting and storing of company personnel work wear
- Stock control and logging in and out of work wear and PPE to employees.
- To communicate any issues as they arise.
- To follow all Company procedures.
- To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Supervisor or Manager.
- Understand and comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy statement.

- Proven and successful track record as a team leader in a busy environment.
- Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
- Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment and motivation.
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns and work to tight deadlines;
- strong communicator able to work well in a team;
- Forward thinking and possessing a “can do” attitude;
- Have the ability to work under own initiative;
- Be able to prioritise and work to a schedule.
- Reliably commute to work (_you will need to have your own transportation or live within walking/cycling distance of the depot.)_
- Flexible to work the full shift pattern
- Experience of working in a dairy or similar production sector (desirable)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
