Care Worker
My client is looking for compassionate, motivated and professional individuals who wish to join a dedicated and committed team of individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of others. I would like to talk to people who share this belief and can give examples of this in their previous work. The most difficult things for many of us in life, is to ask for help. After a lifetime of experiences, it might seem, improper, demeaning or embarrassing. Yet asking for assistance is not a demonstration of weakness, rather a realisation that one’s quality of life, physically and/or emotionally, can be enhanced with some kind and reliable help, without suffering any loss of independence or dignity. It is critical that you are an empathetic person who is serious about caring for someone less able and making them feel respected. A promise to provide care, means starting and ending with your client and your clients wishes, not just a list of chores. Being there for your client, to do whatever needs to be done, to assist in the comfort of their own home and help them maintain their independence, while at all times respecting their dignity.
