As a care and support worker, you will be required to work either independently or with another care and support worker. You will be allocated to service users that you will tend to regularly, and you will build and maintain a professional relationship in line with company guidance.

**What does a care and support worker do?**
- Helping service users with everyday tasks
- Helping with personal care
- Supporting those who have special needs
- Managing different medical conditions such as autism
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and medication
- Supporting with household chores and duties
- Taking a client out shopping, doctor, social event

**Care and support worker requirements**
- Proof right to work in the UK
- Already have DBS or are willing to pay for DBS
- Available for training
- Comfortable traveling to different houses to deliver care
- 2 proofs of address within the last 3 months
- Good written and spoken English
- Reliable and trustworthy as working independently is required
- Having a compassionate and caring personality
- Committed to delivering high-quality care
- Can drive and has their own vehicle (ideal but not essential)

All applicants must have the ability to provide care and comfort to the customers. Applicants should be able to demonstrate this through their previous job or any voluntary experiences in healthcare settings or similar. If you have no experience, you will be provided with the necessary training and assistance to prepare you for this role.

**Immediate Start**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-24 per week

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
