**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join the team responsible for delivering an effective service across a large, chilled foods manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing support and advice to managers in relation to a range of HR related matters such as recruitment, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Managing an employee relations (ER) caseload, offering advice and guidance in line with company and legal parameters.
- Providing specific support to managers and leaders in operational team regarding staff management issue resolution.
- Supporting the wider HR team by providing administrative support and other duties as required.
- Helping the business deliver and implement change.

**About you**:

- Prior HR experience, ideally gained in a large manufacturing, logistics, or retail environment (preferably unionised).
- Demonstrable experience of employee relations (ER).
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work closely with, and advise, managers and colleagues at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills, able to manage a busy workload.
- Sound knowledge of current employment law and legislation.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel & databases, SAP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
