Band 4 Human Resources Administrator
This varied role encompasses three different areas - UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), job matching and support to the compliance and change team - and will involve co-ordinating a range of activities within required timeframes in order to ensure effective outcomes are achieved and the adjustment of plans as new facts are presented or priorities alter. The job will require you to be flexible, well organised and able to work in a changing environment, able to prioritise different strands of work and work on your own initiative.
**You will**:
- Work under the supervision of the Compliance and Change People Services Business Partner on matters relating to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), ensuring that the Trust remains compliant in all aspects of its licence sponsorship duties as set by the Home Office.
- Support with developing and implementing processes associated with UKVI to ensure that the Trust remains compliant in all aspects of its licence sponsorship duties as set by the Home Office.
- Act as the main administrator for the Trust’s job matching process.
- Provide support to the Compliance and Change Team
The compliance function is dedicated to developing and implementing a
strategy for identifying and managing compliance risk within People Services ensuring adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures and this role is integral to supporting these functions.

You will have previous admin office experience and a knowledge of a range of administrative and/or HR procedures, which will give you the skills to perform the role, including duties such as:
- Proactively monitor visa expiry dates for those employees on visas
- You will have a strong cultural awareness with a clear understanding of acting in ways that support equality and value diversity
- You will have a good attention to detail, particularly regarding data integrity and quality so that you can provide any reports on sponsored employees/visa status/international employees
- Act as the first point of contact for visa related queries.
- Providing basic advice and guidance on a range of people services queries (policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment). You will therefore have effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Administer the job matching process including arranging job matching meetings and ensuring job descriptions are submitted for matching in a timely manner

You will provide administrative support to the Compliance & Change Team as well as systems support in inputting and extraction / reporting on data, maintaining systems which include sensitive information. You will be the first point of contact for managers at all levels and trade union representatives, giving advice on policy and procedure. You will also be the first point of contact for staff and recruits who have queries around job matching or UKVI processes as well as external bodies such as Professional and statutory bodies, UKVI, NHSE/I and other NHS Trusts, regionally and nationally as required.
