**Position**: Commercial and Legal Team Coordinator / Business Support Administrator
**Location**: Central Bath with optional home working 2-3 days per week
**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience

An opportunity has become available in the head office of a global engineering company to support two directors within the commercial and legal team. The role lends itself to someone who can multitask and work at a fast pace as there is a PA element to therole as well as having strong administration skills.
**About the role**
- Coordinating schedules and appointments, diary management, booking travel and arranging meetings for the Global Director and the UK Director.
- Document preparation including formatting and editing, general filing, scanning and document maintenance both physical and digital.
- Organisation of new starter documentation and liaising with other departments such as HR and IT
