Role Overview The Business Development Support role focuses on : Conducting market research and analysis to provide actionable insights. Developing high‑quality presentations and materials to support customer engagement. Assisting in bid preparation and proposal processes. Supporting Senior Business Development Managers in strategy execution and client interactions. As part of the broader Business Development team, you may also : Represent TEKEVER at conferences and exhibitions. Contribute to strategic initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed market analysis and generate comprehensive reports. Prepare presentation materials for client and stakeholder engagement. Assist in preparing responses for bids and proposals. Provide administrative and strategic support to the Business Development team. Essential Skills & Competencies Educational Background Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Post‑graduate education in a relevant discipline is desirable. Professional Experience Previous experience in business development support, sales support or administrative roles. Familiarity with CRM systems and other business development tools. Industry Knowledge Understanding of UAS and airspace industry systems (e.g., aircraft, sensors, software). Core Competencies Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality work. Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Enthusiastic, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
