We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Commercial Claims Executive** to join at our offices located in **Birmingham**. This role offers the opportunity to develop your claims knowledge and experience further by working within a highly supportive team. You will be an established claims professional, who puts the customer at the heart of everything you do.
**What will you be doing**:
- Attendance at Client's premises following Commercial Large or Complex losses and helping investigate any case law / relevant facts which aide satisfactory settlement and conclusion.
- Monitoring and analysis of claim trends to be discussed and reviewed with Risk Management.
- Building and developing close working relationships at a senior level with each of our partners, including Insurers and Loss Adjusters.
- Ensure there are clear lines of communication throughout the team and sharing all relevant information with the Claims Director, Account Executives and Corporate Client team.
**You need to bring with you**:
- Experience of managing Commercial Large or Complex losses and compliance to relevant processes.
- Ability to gather and analyse information from the client.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and GDPR, FCA / FOS and the CII's Code of Ethics.
- Good understanding of Corporate Governance, financial awareness and how a business works.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market is desirable.
