We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic Front of House/Administrator to join our growing team at Sur, situated in the heart of Glasgow.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome our patients into clinic, providing a friendly face and warm service
- Ensuring waiting areas are clean and tidy
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Booking patient appointments
- Provide general administrative support to the current team of staff including management and directors

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in a clinical background is preferred
- Experience in patient query and information handling
- Familiarity with the industry
- Previous clinic experience is preferred
- Ability to provide excellent patient care in a front-of-house setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with sensitive or confidential information
- A team oriented attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week
