We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Motor Finance Team and process new Motor Finance hire purchase agreements received via our network of third party motor dealerships.
**The Role**
This is a fast turnaround, high-volume processing role with the opportunity to interact with multiple external partners and internal support functions.
You will join a lively team within our growing Operations function and work towards stretching targets to ensure that our customers receive a high-quality swift service.
The processing of loan agreement documentation includes checking customer information such as identity and affordability, reviewing vehicle details, loan amounts and ensuring all conditions of the loan acceptance have been met prior to loan activation.
This role is mainly administrative (approximately 75%) with an element of telephone communication where interaction with internal account managers, external motor dealers and motor finance brokers may be required.
- We offer a flexible shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm on a Saturday and 10am - 4pm on a Sunday (you will be required to work 1 weekend each month). We are a hybrid working business so once you are fully trained you will be able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week.
**What You Will Bring**
Experience within a Financial Services organisation would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be given.
If you are a self-motivated individual who has a proven track record in customer service, good attention to detail and a good team player then you could be part of a specialist team who are approachable, driven and hold the customer at the heart of everything they do.
If successful you will receive a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure you have the expert knowledge and confidence to service our customer’s needs.
As part of on-going development for you we will work with you to design a development plan that is unique to your own requirements that will help you grow not only in the team but also within the business.
