Job Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership and accountability of hospitality operational management, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bookings and logistics of hospitality delivery, fine dining, conferences, and events.
- Produce costed hospitality proposals, negotiating and conclude plans with clients.
- Champion excellent guest experience service to build and maintain excellent reputation.
- Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right time.
- Motivate and inspire operatives to develop ownership and responsibility with their roles and within their team.
- Champion a development training culture within the team to ensure succession planning.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment, self-motivated, takes ownership and accountability.
- Good work ethic with a flexible approach to ensure excellent service is delivered at all times required.
- Talented and ambitious individual who has a passion for food and a desire to deliver faultless events and a passion for customer service.
- A hands-on person with excellent attention to detail, strong communication with a pragmatic, solution orientated approach.
- A great leader, fantastic team player, able to motivate and inspire.
