**Salary**: up to £21,500 per annum plus up to £600 bonus each quarter
**Contract**: Fixed term contract for 12 months, with the potential to go permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our growing finance team based in the heart of Cardiff City Centre

As one of our talented Financial Case Handlers, you will use your excellent customer service and administration skills to manage a caseload of claims, including successful collection of client damages and costs owed to our NewLaw business, and ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of costs upon settlement.

This role will suit someone with legal, finance or customer service experience and we are looking for someone to start in our vibrant team as soon as possible.

**About you**
- You must have good IT skills and are confident in the use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
- You have a can-do attitude and are at ease working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally have experience in a Legal, Collections or Customer Service related role.
