Logistics Administrator

_**Key responsibilities**:_
- Processing Purchase orders and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- To organise and oversee the movement of bottled stock under bond from Aceo facilities to external bonds.
- Arranging the movement of cased bottles under bond into the EU and via direct export outside of the EU.
- Production of all certifications required to support the dispatch of products.
- To track the stocks of cased goods at 3rd party warehouses and invoice customers as necessary.
- To record the use of Aceo Bond Movement Guarantee for HMRC records.
- Ensure that customer queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner ensuring that queries are followed up.
- Understanding the HMRC/EMCS process for moving spirit under bond.
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- **Skills Required**:_
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in spoken English and strong writing capabilities
- a professional & presentable demeanour
- excellent organisational/administrative skills with very good attention to detail
- strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Package, with a good level of proficiency in Excel
- strong time/task management skills
- the ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
- ability to work under pressure and be proactive
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
