We are currently looking for an experienced professional in digital marketing.

We are known for our unconventional approaches and a unique sense of humor that sets us apart in the market

**Initially the role will operate in a freelancer basis but has the opportunity to grow into a fix-term cover (maternity cover)**

**Your duties will include**:

- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns and devising and presenting ideas that are in-line with company tone of voice and objectives
- Tracking and analysis of loyalty data, customer visit frequency and assist in developing campaigns to drive higher repeat customer frequency
- Coordinate and manage all company social media accounts
- Develop and create engaging, creative, innovative content and campaigns for scheduled posts containing unique brand-focused messages
- Monthly KPI analysis of marketing performance, effectiveness and ROI
- Creation and execution of regular, targeted, scheduled e-shots to database
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Oversee the creation and production of all marketing materials, including POS design, printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
- Regular contact with focus sites to relay upcoming campaigns
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

**Key skills required**:

- 5 years experience in Marketing / Social Media
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (web proficiency, computer software proficiency)
- Advertising and campaign creation experience.
- Strong creative communication, copywriting and content creation skills
- Public relations and brand marketing experience
- Photography, video editing and design skills.
- Interpersonal skills and team management experience.
