We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our energetic and enthusiastic administration team.

Our administration and customer service hubs are organised by specialties which include Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT and Ophthalmology. Each team is responsible for all appointment bookings, from the first Outpatient visit, to surgery and post-operative reviews and includes liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services. As an integral part of the hospital, you will have a high level of patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas.
Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality service and treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

**The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week split across 5 days (Monday-Saturday). Some flexibility in the working pattern will be required.**

**What you'll be doing**:
**You will be an experienced administrator with**
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Experience working within a similar environment would be an advantage
- A sincere desire to be part of a team that takes great pride in helping patients
