Due to company growth, we are seeking a number of experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join our team, delivering a suite of Fire Safety Presentations, Fire Risk Assessments and Consultancy Services to our local and national clients throughout the UK.

The main duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

- To fully risk assess the nominated building as required in both residential and commercial properties.
- Attending appointments to fulfill activity and to attain agreed targets.
- Collating appropriate information, ensuring correct documentation is utilised and providing reports where required
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and changes to legislation
- To work closely with other departments as required
- To validate reports within the allocated timescale
- Reviewing other colleague Fire Risk Assessments, ensuring that you are highlighting the positives and negatives of the report and providing guidance where required.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years experience working in a fast paced, high volume Fire Risk Assessor/Fire Consultant position.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of conducting Fire Risk Assessments, working in both residential and commercial buildings is essential
- You must have a formal Fire Risk Assessment qualification to be considered
- A valid training qualification or is willing to work towards. - A current life safety risk register or be willing to work towards.
- Full understanding of the current UK fire legislation and the ability to use fire safety guidance documents.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A professional manner and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence
