**Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week - 8.30am - 5pm**

**£20,000pa**

Our client, based in Rugby, is looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with previous office admin experience who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and suppliers
- Issue of purchase order numbers to various main suppliers
- Responsible for ensuring all financial information is kept up to date utilising the internal computer system and excel spreadsheets and filing of invoices/paperwork plus general office administration duties
- Preparation of copy paperwork for customers upon request
- Liaising with Operations & Sales to ensure efficient generation of sales quotations using the company’s internal computer system
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Great communication and able to work under pressure
- IT literate (Excel, Word etc)
- Ability to build rapport
- Previous experience in an admin office
