Monitoring Support Officer
- **What you’ll be doing**:
- completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring the legibility of any written reports
- ensuring all standard operational procedures are adhered to, and that contract compliance is maintained at all times
- completing ad-hoc duties as and when directed by your line manager
- attending team meetings and regular one-to-ones with your line manager
- **What we’re looking for**:
- full driving license and Right to Work documents
- ability to work on a shift rota basis (night shifts, day shifts, and part-time hours available)
- friendly and personable, with the ability to put people at ease
- resilience, patience, and the ability to adapt to different circumstances
- an interest in getting out and about, and travelling around to visit people in their own homes
- a willingness to learn, and an attentive and diligent approach to work

At Electronic Monitoring Systems (EMS), we’re helping to ensure public safety across the country, and to address the growing concerns about overcrowding in prisons. As part of the Criminal Justice System in England and Wales, we electronically monitor the location of individuals who may pose a risk to people or their property. Using electronic monitoring technology, we help to deter individuals from breaking curfews, and support them to successfully complete their sentences outside of prison.
