**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as UI/UX artist
- At least 1 years experience within the Games Industry
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Proven experience in flow-charting and GUI design
- Creative spirit is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong graphic design and illustration abilities
- To design within an established style
- Advanced 2D illustration experience within Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in the use of wireframes, storyboards and other tools to create simple, rapid prototypes to test, make improvements and implement Interfaces
- Take 2D designs and assets and implement them in a variety of development environments
- Ability to critically evaluate your own work constructively
- Able to demonstrate a high level of creativity and understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting and particles
- Accurate and precise work
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
- _**Desirables**_ - Experience in VFX, 2D animation and motion graphics and Unity

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Head of Art you will work closely with and coordinate numerous requests from our game designers, programmers, and management. You will have a great deal of creative input and command of the development of the user interface.
- An ability to make the information accessible to the user at all times
- Operate in an Agile development environment and work as part of a team
- Liaise between the artists and developers/designers to ensure correct functionality in game

- This position is a mix of remote working and studio based (Bournemouth, Dorset), where you would be office based for a minimum of 2 days per week.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Flexitime

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- UX Design: 3 years (required)
- Gaming Industry: 1 year (preferred)
