**Job Title**:UX/UI Designer

**Contract**:12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available
**Location**: Remote
**Salary**:Up to £40k
Are you a UX/UI Designer with a passion for delivering great digital user experiences? If so, this role working for one of the UK's largest general insurers, could be for you.
You'll join our growing Digital Journey team where you'll be at the heart of defining our digital customer experience. Using user insights, you will create experiences that are immersive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.
We are looking for energetic and creative people to build a strong and influential team within the business. Driving forward conversion and creating new, exciting experiences for our customers.
**Here are some of the main responsibilities**:
Create concepts and designs to shape a best-in-class digital customer journey
Identify opportunities to improve the UX / UI across the Ageas website
Provide UX/UI support and guidance on projects and workstreams
Collaborate with the wider business to find and optimise issues within the customer journey
Ensure that functionality, site structure, information and architecture are aligned to a good customer experience
Support user testing sessions and conduct research to feed into the UX strategy
**Here are some of the key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in the UX/UI Designer role**:
A qualification in UI/UX design
A portfolio of UI/UX design projects
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other wire-framing tools
Excellent visual design skills
Confidence to present ideas throughout the design process
