**Job Title: Creative Bid Co-Ordinator/Writer**

**Salary £28,000 - £32,000**

**Based near Wokingham (Flexible working is available as well as 2 days from home)**

Our client based near Wokingham are looking for a creative and focused individual to join their small and fun team as a Creative Bid Writer. In this busy role you will be responsible for leading and creating bespoke and visual bid documents using InDesignand therefore experience of this is required. It is a very broad and varied role and requires someone who has a design or marketing background looking to develop their skills and use their creative flair

Working closely and reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will have excellent InDesign skills with a great eye for detail and design. You will also support and assist the marketing and development team.

Key responsibilities:

- Co-ordinating and producing of bespoke, visual, high quality, accurate and attractively designed sales proposals
- Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and presentation documents
- Helping design and develop Marketing collateral
- Updating and systematically organising all business development related folders and files held within the servers
- Supporting and working with the marketing and design team on promotional activities
- Being a team player and playing an important role in the company's growth and success

What are we looking for:

- You will enjoy working as part of a small and friendly team
- Some experience of creating bids/bespoke documents
- Creative flair required
- Good planning skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with InDesign
- Experience in Photoshop is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
