**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Account Management Director, the Social Value Lead will be responsible for the delivery of the NNEP framework’s Social Value KPI. Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver commitments.
- Ensuring accurate reporting to various stakeholders, including the MOD.
- Increasing awareness of social value among employees and ensuring employee engagement remains high.
- Compiling case studies for internal communications and sales.
- Driving continuous improvement to maximise social value opportunities.
**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Experience in delivering, monitoring and evaluating social value outcomes.
- Knowledgeable about social value including relevant legislation, Government policies across the UK.
- Knowledge of the current social value, sustainability, employment and skills landscape.
- Knowledge and understanding of public procurement and competitive bidding social value requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate with others to deliver social value.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Understanding clients and operational key aims and objectives and actions and deliver on these in the timescales required.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Leading the delivery of social value activities on large projects.
- Building internal and external networks of partners and collaborators to support the delivery of social value commitments.
- Sharing knowledge to upskill teams to consider social value in projects and to deliver social value.
- Working with internal teams to develop communications material and working with internal teams to embed social value in the supply chain.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the impact of social value activities.
- Supporting work winning activities in the wider business (Field Solutions).
