**Educational Support Worker**

**Monday-Friday**

**Salary: 68-75 per day**

Do you have experience **supporting **individuals with either **SEN or SEMH**? Have you wanted a job where you can **help inspire** a young person in education? Then this job is for you We have an **exciting new role** working within a classroom environment looking **supporting children** with additional needs in a full time role
- The ability to create a **positive **relationship with children and an environment that is beneficial to **help them develop**:

- Can **help the children** find the best way for them to learn and navigate any additional needs the children deal with
- Have a **self-reflective** mindset and always seek to help **improve **the team

By joining our team at Masterclass Education you will be putting yourself in a position to have **more control **over the days you work, helping you create the **work life balance** you want This is a weekday only role working during the day between 8:30-3:30. **No more late nights or weekends**

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people

**Masterclass Education** work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short

- Brighton and Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
