**Job Summary**

A background in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with flexibility of both day and night shifts.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Familiar with Health and Safety, GDPR, and other compliance regulations
- First Aid/ Fire Marshal duties
- Security walk-arounds
- Breakfast set-up/break down
- Front of House stock tracking and reporting when low
- Maintain workplace hygiene
- Follow reporting and handover procedures
- Upsell hotel F&B and rooming options
- Night shifts as and when required in line with business demands

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are crucial for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
