This role gives you the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise of our products with our customers in a clear and engaging way, as well as play a key role in optimising product sales. You will be eager to learn, taking your first step on the vehicle sales career ladder, to gain experience and progress in an exciting and rewarding environment.

In this role, you will:

- Prepare the showroom and vehicles for the day ahead;
- Share your passion for our cars with customers, showing off each vehicles’ spec and features, whilst maintaining a relaxed atmosphere for the customer;
- Build relationships with customers, using your listening skills to understand their unique requirements and consider how different options might suit them;
- Organise and accompany customers on test drives, bringing the driving experience to life and
- Manage the sales process.

Through our expertise in the Sales arena, we will provide you with the right tools and training to thrive within this fast-paced environment. An ongoing training plan, focusing on your development, will be implemented to ensure you build the skills required to succeed.

**About You**:

- Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, willing to work hard and learn as you go;
- A fast learner who loves to absorb new information;
- Fanatical about customer service, always happy to go the extra mile;
- A people person, ideally with previous experience of customer facing roles or events;
- An interest in cars would be advantageous, but not essential;
- Previous experience in a sales or customer facing role within the automotive industry would be advantageous, but it is not an essential requirement and;
- A driver, with a full UK licence.
