Pineapple Careers are proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation based in Horsham who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time Permanent basis. Please note, no previous experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact to respond to all customer queries
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and identifying improvements
- Accurately updating the database
- Able to work closely with other teams to facilitate the needs of customers
- Assisting with customer requests
- Decision-making whilst considering the customer's circumstances
- Maintaining ownership of customer contact including following up until all queries are resolved
- Able to support both the department and colleagues

Salary & Benefits:

- £22,500
- Monday to Friday
- 2-3 Days of Home working available once probation is passed
