Business Intelligence Manager

Our Business Intelligence Manager role requires you to have excellent technical knowledge together with strong management and leadership skills all of which are underpinned by commerciality and stakeholder engagement.
Managing a small team of data partners and engineers you will be responsible for leading the continued development of Business Intelligence and analytics which drive our excellent customer service and operational effectiveness.
You will have substantial experience of using PowerBI for enterprise reporting (report and dashboard development / DAX formulas), together with experience of working with Microsoft Azure stack and ideally Azure Synapse. You are data driven, with a depthof experience using statistical and analytical tools. You have excellent leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills, thrive on data visualisation and storytelling and have a proven track record of engaging others to contribute and commit todata driven insights.
Your strong background in Business Intelligence (ETL / data warehousing) will enable you to develop your team and also provide 'hands-on’ support when needed.
