**Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Lettings Agent**
- Liaise with clients to market properties.
- Find most appropriate manner to maximise letting value of properties.
- Handling inbound enquiries regarding properties from potential buyers or tenants.
- Attend viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiating the letting of properties.
- Build relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Gain local rapport, become the estate agent people want

**Key Skills and Experience of a Graduate Lettings Agent**
- Commission driven individual.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Ability to accurately prioritise time, highly organised with a methodical approach.
- Good understanding or willingness to build interest in the local property market.
- Ambition and a strong recognisable charisma.

**Driving license is required for this role.
