What does the role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involve?
- Additionally, you will learn how to win new business and pitch our services to new clients
- You will manage the entire recruitment cycle and be responsible for a large volume of roles and accounts at any one period
What do we look for in our future Graduate Recruitment Consultants?
- Recruitment is a sales role, so you'll need to be comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone and being in a phone-based role
- You'll enjoy a challenge and be happy to be confronted with objections
- Money will motivate you and be one of your main drivers. Expect to earn £70K + in your third year
- You might be experienced in property, sales, recruitment however we welcome so many backgrounds As long as you're hard-working, salesy and are really motivated by a career in recruitment we're really interested in chatting
