I am currently looking for a Resettlement Worker to join one of our charities based in South London. Please note the role is Hybrid so you can be based from the office in Vauxhall, Home and within the community when working with the Refugee Families.

**Responsibilities within the Resettlement Worker position**:

- Work with families who are resettling in Lambeth to maximise their support needs
- Deliver an outcome focused support plan
- Minimise the risk to the families by identifying safeguarding issues
- Supporting the arrivals of families to help them feel comfortable within the local area
- Offer practical and emotional support to enable families to help themselves

For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or one that is on the update service.
