**PAY RATE**:£23,153 annual salary, based on a 37.5 hour week

**CONTRACT TYPE**:
Permanent - we don’t do zero hours contracts

**SHIFTS**:
Monday-Friday 9-5, get your weekends back

**LOCATION**:
Chiswell Court Contact Centre, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Houghton Regis, LU5 5FT.

**What you’ll do**:

- Answer phone calls from customers in a timely manner.
- Create reservations for our guests using our Opera system.
- Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments.
- Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible.
- Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
- Dedicated and passionate about your work.

**What you’ll need**:

- Professional telephone manner
- Good written English skills
- IT Literate
- Problem solving skills
- To be able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Be fully conversant on hotel rates, packages, promotions to ensure revenue is maximised.
- To be able to able to multitask
- Team player

Pay: £23,153.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
