Midas Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a global leading health and hygiene company in Dunstable. This opportunity is an Temp to Perm position that offers hybrid working, with an hourly pay rate of £11.50ph and the working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:15.

**As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched.
- Answer internal and customer enquiries
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization
- Resolve customer complaints
- Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
- Perform all required customer service activities, efficiently and accurately, on a day-to-day basis
- Providing an excellent first point of contact for customers, pro-actively and securely, using all available means of communication

**We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the following skills and experiences**:

- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft office experience, proficient user of Excel
- Account handling experience required
- High level of interpersonal communication skills
- Able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure
- High level of customer focus both internal and external
- Time management

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
