**Customer Sales Advisor - SME INSURANCE (TEAM) - Salary from £22,000 per year plus performance based monthly bonus, Nottingham**

Gallagher are looking for new Customer Sales Advisor in Nottingham to join our team and are conscious of the support our colleagues deserve during the cost-of-living crisis. Our response is to introduce a ground-breaking new scheme that ALL new colleagues are enrolled upon once they join our team:

- The starting salary of all our new Customer Sales Advisors will be no **less than £22,000**:

- Every 12 months, they will receive a **guaranteed pay increase** of £1000*
- This continues until their pay reaches £25,000 per year, upon which they revert to our standard 12 month pay review cycle

**Summary of the role**:

- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Annual salary is from £22,000, with guaranteed annual pay increases* and regular pay reviews
- We are based in Nottingham City Centre with easy access from local bus routes and Park & Ride buses. We are located a 1-minute walk from Maid Marian Way tram station & a 10-minute walk from Nottingham train station.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Our Customer Sales Advisors help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs, while providing excellent customer service.

You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in Insurance is desired, but not required. Many of our Customer Sales Advisors come from a wide variety of customer focused careers
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
- We are looking for new colleagues that will fit in with our fun, but results driven culture
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems
