The role is heavily focused on sales and providing award winning customer service, in return for award winning commission and bonuses We are looking for keen, enthusiastic, and driven sales people who are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction and to reach success. These roles are partially home based, offering maximum flexibility, with occasional visits to Nottingham office required (therefore you must live commutable to Nottingham). Flexible shift patterns are also available, including both full and part time permanentpositions. As a Sales Advisor, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound customer calls, using product knowledge and top spec training that will be provided to sell the products to new customers, advise existing customers on their existing products, whilstalso upselling. **Is this you?** - A skilled and driven customer service and sales professional. - Have strong sales skills - and a customer first instinct. - Excellent communication skills. - Self Confident with a positive "can do" attitude Salary is competitive £18,500 starting salary with a pay increase after six months to £21,500 - A brand-new Customer Sales Advisor Salary Reward Scheme from the 1st October 2020, giving Advisors the opportunity to meet performance criteria and increase their salary by £1000 every 6 months - Bonus earning potential of up to per a £8,000 per annum, earned through a combination of strong sales performance, excellent customer service and call quality **Many other fantastic benefits.** **Applications
