**Job Title**:Learning Specialist - Social Care Trainer
**Hours**:Part time
- 22.5
**Location**:Homebased with some travel to location in North West
**Salary**:up to £31,272 pro-rata (£18,763.20)
**About the role**:
To identify and deliver effective organisational development interventions that drives and supports a competent and capable workforce to maintain mandatory training targets.
**You will be**:
- Working with local stakeholders to ensure that any specific OE needs are identified, assessed and potentially delivered so that compliance levels can be met.
- Working with local stakeholders to address any specific issues around colleague attendance on programmes, including engagement and provision of appropriate equipment
- Providing post-delivery support and evaluation, to ensure delegates are effectively transferring learning into the workplace and delivering a safe and competence service to our customers
- Evaluating and maintaining OE interventions to ensure they remain relevant and up to date and reflect changes both within the business and sector as well as new thinking in L&D practice
**About you**:
**You will have**
- Experience of the full learning cycle (training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation)
- Worked in a person centred/customer focused environment.
- Experience of training delivery to a diverse and multi skilled workforce
- A proven track record in implementing blended learning techniques
- Teacher/trainer qualification in the further education and skills sector or equivalent experience
- Professional qualification e.g. CIPD, CMI, ILM desirable but not essential
- Health and Social Care qualification and experience
