We are delighted to be partnering Outcomes First Group to recruit a Group Learning & Development Director.

**About the Role**

Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Learning & Development professional to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Learning & Development will lead and develop the L&D function to be an award-winning market leading learning and development service You and your team will help develop and deliver learning solutionsthat nurture careers and enable our people to transform people’s lives every day and enable continuous organisational growth and develop a modern collaborative culture.

As Learning and Development Director you will work collaboratively, to develop and deliver learning curriculums and frameworks that enable organisational capability, cultural development, high standards of care and group growth plans.

The Learning & Development Team at Outcomes First Group, help everyone to identify their own skills and strengths, and give them the support they need to flourish and thrive.

**Can you thrive as Learning & Development Director?**

We’d love to hear from you if you have previous experience in a similar role and have a passion for developing and successfully implementing learning plans and strategies that build and nurture careers and a history of driving learning innovation and bestpractice.

You will have managed a sizeable L&D function and have a proven track record of enabling team high performance and providing an environment where people can flourish and progress with an agile adaptable leadership style.

You will enjoy working strategically and operationally, being equally comfortable with both, and working at pace to deliver solutions that are effective and inclusive for a wide range of people in a multi-site environment.
