**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, tidy and efficient office environment, opening up, making drinks etc.
- Accurately entering and maintaining data in electronic and paper systems.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintaining ISO 9001 accreditation.

**Skills**
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Strong clerical skills to support various office functions efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients alike.
- Experience maintaining a QMS.

Pay: From £23,795.20 per year
