Solihull's 'Business of the Year' MAN Commercial Protection have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Administrator **to join our friendly, busy team based in Solihull.

This role will be supporting all areas of the business. With general administrative duties, and office tasks.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new starters
- Issuing employment contracts
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
- Manage incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
- Issuing employee ID cards
- Assisting with TUPE Process
- Managing refreshments and handling post
- Monitoring tidiness of office/communal areas
- Assisting various departments
- Handing and directing incoming phone calls

- Competent user of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
