We are currently working on a number of permanent, full time, home-working Programme Manager positions for our clients based in Yorkshire, paying £42,406 per annum with development to £47,706 depending on performance.
**Client Details**
Our client is an award-winning organisation who are looking to recruit a 12 month Fixed-Term Programme Manager for their Digital Innovation Hub Programme. This post will be working closely with the Programme Leads, as well as a number of Programme Coordinatorsand support staff.
They are looking for a strong all-rounder who can work across the North Yorkshire and Humber primary care system, supporting delivery of programmes to introduce innovative practices, products and services and offering advice and guidance around unmet needsand digital innovations.
**Description**
Programme Managers need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to embrace ambiguity. You will need excellent communication, report writing and relationship building skills, the ability to deliver at pace and expertise in programme and project management.You will be task and finish focussed, bring with you a positive, professional mindset, a 'Can-do' attitude, and the ability to work and communicate with our diverse set of stakeholders.
As a Digital Innovation Hub Programme Manager (Primary Care) you will:
- Work across Humber and North Yorkshire primary care system, including engaging with GPs, AHPs and pharmacy
- be supporting delivery of programmes to introduce innovative practices, products and services into health and care organisations to make a difference to patients and staff.
- be engaging regularly with clinicians, academics, industry representatives and colleagues from other office's and NHS organisations.
- work closely with other Programme Managers and Programme Coordinators within the team and with the organisation's Programme Leads who are responsible for the management of the team.
- Work closely with the ICS digital team and senior primary care clinicians and leads across the region
**Profile**
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Working knowledge of the NHS system, especially ICS's
- Experience of managing and delivering several concurrent, complex programmes on time and within budget.
- Understanding of the primary care landscape and associated challenges and pressures
- An understanding of digital procurement and policy in the NHS
- Previous experience of working with clinicians and NHS professionals
- Leading discussions and workshops to identify unmet needs and mobilising around a case for change
- Support and advise innovators who are developing healthcare technologies to appropriate support for clinical validation, user testing, intellectual property advice etc.
- Support and advise SMEs with market ready innovations who are aiming to access NHS markets
- Experience of working with a wide range of external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes, including risk management.
