Tezlom are a leading and expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency, established since 2008. Tezlom are recruiting for proactive Mental Health Support Workers to work with adults with various mental health conditions and personality disorders. The service is based within the Blackburn area.

**We Require**:

- 3 months UK paid experience in the role of support worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK

This role is ideal for Mental Health Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £11.20 - £11.55 per hour **(including holiday pay)**, with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.

**About this Service**:
As a Mental Health Support Worker you would be working within a high dependency rehabilitation unit, which provides 90 beds that cater to the treatment needs of male patients with a mental illness and/or personality disorder. It is a dedicated and purpose-built ward offering a low secure, specialist service for patients over the age of 50. This patient group may require more care in relation to their physical healthcare, complex psychiatric needs and where required, mobility and daily living aids.

You would be working for a national organisation who take pride in looking after all their members of staff and partners. They plan a range of activities to promote key messages to educate all staff and managers to remove any stigma associated with mental health. They commit to developing an approach to mental health at work that protects and improves mental health and well-being for everyone. They extend that support for all agency workers.
