HR Coordinator

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an **HR Coordinator** to join our Enabling Functions team to work in **Newcastle upon Tyne** (Longbenton).
**As an HR Coordinator you will**:
- Work with business stakeholders to support the administration of HR projects;
- Coordinate mass system updates and changes for annual activities, including letter generation and distribution;
- Create and update relevant project documentation including activity scoping documents project timelines incorporating lessons learned;
- Attend stakeholder update calls for data sharing and progress against agreed timelines;
- Act as a first point of contact for stakeholders;
- Establish good working relationships within HR Operations in order to co-ordinate the activities to effectively deliver the projects;
- Contribute to the effective working of HR Operation teams to ensure seamless service line delivery;
- Ensure a focus on accuracy through self-review and peer checking;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engage with wider HR Operations initiatives.
**Personal Qualities and Experience**:
- Have experience in HR administration ideally within a shared services centre;
- Have experience with large scale administrative tasks such as annual pay reviews;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Can effectively prioritise and manage workload;
- Have excellent organisational skills.
