**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

**Location**: Based from our Newcastle office at the Cobalt Business Park (hybrid working available)

**Salary**: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

**Summary**:
We are a small HR team with a big vision of ensuring Cybit continues to be a great place to work and this new role will play a part in that.

- have a degree in HR/Business or the likes, or similar skills and experience, for example has worked in HR administration/coordinator roles or managed people and is itching to spread their wings.
- have the ability to be innovative and recommend new ideas and then see them through.
- have 'how can we improve this' at the forefront of what you do.
- are very organised and dilligent.
- can retain knowledge so down the line you can impart advice in HR policies, practices, benefits and initiatives.
- are someone who is technically minded and can turn their hand to quickly learning how to get the best out of HR systems.
- appreciate the benefits of accurate data, reporting and getting the most out of a system.
- are a people person, approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for our colleagues.

**Here are some of the activities you will be involved with**:

- Own the joiners, movers and leavers process
- Supporting managers in the end to end recruitment process
- Maintain and manage company benefits
- Collaborate with innovative ideas to support a great culture and be involved in the roll-out of new initiatives
- Update employee records whilst maintaining confidence and accuracy
- Coordinating our development programs
- Supporting colleagues, management and leaders
